Kakimori turned 15 on 23 November 2025. Since opening a small shop in 2010, we have grown our community over the years from our neighbourhood to around the world, sharing the joy of writing far and wide.

This year is also shaping up to be an eventful one for us. From Monday 1 June, we’ll be taking part in the Seikatsu No Tanoshimi exhibition presented by Hobonichi for the first time. Also in June, we’ll be attending Inventario, a stationery fair in South Korea, followed by Stationery Fest in New York in late July, among other events around the world.
