Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and other additional fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the cost of the products or shipping.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to the customer’s circumstances, including non-payment of customs duties and expiry of the storage period, the customer will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs. While we offer free shipping on orders over ¥17,000, if a parcel is returned due to non-payment of customs or refusal of delivery, the actual cost of the original and return shipping will be deducted from any refunds issued.
