We are delighted to host a pop-up featuring Gekkoso — founded in 1917, the world’s only art supplies shop dealing exclusively in original products, from paints and paintbrushes manufactured in-house and more.
Ever since creating Japan’s first entirely domestically produced paint in 1940, Gekkoso has dedicated itself to the creation of authentic tools. With its philosophy expressed through its trademark logo — ‘the horn that calls friends’ — it showcases a range of considered artist materials and tools designed to enhance everyday life.
During the pop-up, we’ll also be hosting a workshop, Gekkoso My Colour Lab, where you’ll mix pigments using a specially designed kit and colour-mixing chart to create your own watercolour paints.
We invite you to immerse yourself in the world of Gekkoso and its ongoing journey of authentic craftsmanship.
